after doing some research, i found out Dn sold it to a company in the Cayman Islands called Torontomapleleafsrule Inc. , which is owned by a dude named Daniel Negreanu. Just a typical business maneuver in order to get this thing started... with all the gambling legislation and taxes in North america.
