  1. Well here is my two cents.First of all, I would get away from tournaments....until at least you have a decent sized bankroll again. I suspect a lot of your bankroll is getting lost in these tournament fees and such. For the time being, stick to cash game play.Second, stick to limit as opposed to no-limit. This is especially true with smaller bankrolls. There is less variance and thus a less of a hit on your bankroll in the event of a bad streak. You also seem to strongly play (i.e.) go all-in with drawing hands as opposed to made hands. Sure, A-K is a great starting hand but it is a drawin
  2. Hey.It seems that you have a history of going deep in tournaments so I would suggest possibly examining your gameplay strategy in the late stages of a tournament. Do you find yourself tightening up and getting blinded off? Or do you play too loose towards the end playing too many marginal hands? Just some thoughts to examine...
  3. Theory of Poker, unlike most books on the market now, is not a book that deals with only one poker game such as holdem or omaha. The book discusses general theories using examples from different games to illustrate. The overall theme of the book is that the principles outlined within can be applied to any poker game (within reason). It helps you to "think like a poker player" without restricting you to a skill subset that only applies to one game.Hope that makes sense. I'm currently reading the book now. It is not an easy read and definitely not for beginners.
  4. Actually, Daniel wrote a chapter on Triple Draw in Doyle's Super System 2. If you are interested in that game, you should check that book out.
