So I won a freeroll at Pitbull Poker a few months ago and have grinded my account balance up to $57.70. Thing is their T&C require me to make a deposit in order to cash out. Don't have an e-Passporte account, and don't really want one (that's pretty much the only way to deposit there).

Do not deposit money on Pitbull Poker, they will find a way to deny you your cash out and then they will tell you that you can not cash out the 50 you deposited . If you would like more specifics on this I am happy to post about my horrible experience with PitBull Poker and their cash out process. Even if you meet the terms, they will find a way to just never process it.I have been playing online poker for several years and never had as big of an issue with a cash out as I have had with Pitbull, I would strongly encourage anyone to avoid that site like the plague.

Yes, please do tell ... I'm curious if the $50-plus I won there is all for naught ...

Long story short, about 8 months ago I saw that they had a $10 free for new players, conditions of the $10 were as follows, you must obtain 200 points *and* make a deposit for at least $50. Not too bad of terms I thought, so I started playing. At that time they had several guarantee tournaments (100, 200, and 500 guaranteed) with really low buyins and nearly all had an overlay. Within a couple weeks I had turned the 10 into around 250 playing tournaments and their cash games (cash games generated the most points and were also fairly easy to beat) At this point I had just over 200 points cleared, so I transferred 50 from Neteller (before they went under) and promptly made a cash out request for 200 to my Neteller account (leaving me with 100 on the site) Several days pass, and still no cash out, no email confirming I had requeted a cash out, nothing. So I send support an email. Two days later I get an email from Kevin (the manager of the room at that time - not sure if he is still there) The first thing that was odd, was they had a different players name that they replied to (instead of Hi Dave, it was Hi Richard) anyway in the email Kevin stated that they had applied a 20% first deposit bonus on my $50 deposit I had just done, and I would not be eligible for a cash out until I cleared another 200 points. I wrote back saying that I had not requested the 20% bonus (another free $10) on my $50 deposit, and since they had addressed my email to "Richard" rather then myself, it looked like there was an error made, and would they please reverse the $10 bonus they had erronously credited my account with so that I could obtain my cash out. Two days later I receive a reply from Kevin again, he did not address the issue of having someone else's name on my email, but did say that they were not able to reverse the bonus and if I wanted to cash out I needed to clear another 200 points. I again wrote back, saying who is this Richard person you are replying to, my name is Dave, and you obviously have a problem with mixing players accounts up, please get to the bottom of this ASAP.No reply for several days, so at this point I decide to just clear the extra 200 points they want me to clear. Get the additional points, I now have nearly 500 players points, and about 450 in my account. I send another cash out request, hear nothing.Wait a couple days, send an email, no reply. At this point I am fairly certain I just donated $50 bucks to some guy in Costa Rica, so I start doing some searching seeing if I am the only one having these issues. Nope, message boards abound with issues regarding Pitbull and their cashouts, even messages on their own board talking about this. I send several more emails requesting my cashout, no replies. At this point Neteller had been shut down for US players, so I just stopped pursuing the cash out since I highly doubted they would ever get around to cutting a check and I really had no other way of getting my cash out (if they ever got around to approving it) Maybe I had a bad experience since they were just starting out when all this happened, but it definitely put a sour taste in my mouth, and I would not recommend anyone deposit their own money at Pitbull Poker. Whatever you decide to do, best of luck to you.

Thanks for the reply Dave ... based on this information, I withdraw my request to to a P2P transfer between the two sites UNLESS someone is an established player there and hasn't had any trouble cashing out.FWIW, I chatted with a customer service person who said that I didn't have to clear any bonuses since I didn't do the $10 free thing ... but I would have to make a deposit before I could cash out my Freeroll (and subsequent cash game) winnings. Problem is that if I do deposit they'll put a friggin' bonus on it (even if I don't request it), and I have literally 5 comp points b/c I've been playing the .05-10 NL games and the rake has to reach $1 to get a comp point. Getting to 200 is ridiculous at that level.Oh well, I guess it was fun getting it up over $50.
