Some of you might already catch on to this "tactic". i call it a tactic because it works 99% of the time for me.New to a table? don't have any real reads on anyone, and find yourself in a big hand facing a big raise and thinking about folding?If you really want to know if a fold is the correct play because you think they might have a monster, say things like" I know you're full of it here, and probably have nothing." Try and sound arrogant while talking about their hand like you KNOW you're the best at the table.If they really did have a big hand, they will show it to prove you wrong more often than not. Take note and enjoy the rest of the session.

I like to tell a quick joke..........and see the guys reaction. Even if you are quiet it works even better, one of the most reliable tells.real smile = real handfake smile = fake hand

Telling them your read will often get them to show. Also showing your cards as you fold will get them to show many times ... although there is obvious disadvantages to this.
