  1. I've been out of the hockey loop for about a year since last season was cancelled so I was wondering what the expectations are for Ovechkin this year? I know the Caps are gonna be pretty bad this year, but is he gonna have a really good year and at least give us soem hope? Also anyone know how he compares to the player picked #1 this year (cant remember his name)? Gosh i really need to get back into hockey!
  2. I would vote for Huck Seed. He's an incrdible player who hasn't seemed to get the visibility that some players have in the poker explosion. Id def like to know more about his career.
  3. i believe that is correct. I think he used to work for them as a programmer or something, but was never a founder or anything like that.
  4. Daniel is my favorite player and has had an absolutely incredible year. It might not be awile till we see someone duplicate the kind of success Daniel has had in the biggest tounraments. However, saying he is the best player ever goes way too far, at least right now. Doyle and Chan have 9 WSOP bracelets a piece, including 2 back to back Main event titles (each also have a 2nd) and they have been amongst the top cash game players in the world for a very long time. Ivey hasn't had the kind of tournament success Daniel has had recently partly because he has been so focused on his side game play.
  5. Any idea at what that puts Chan's stack at?
  6. awesome news! This could shape up to be an absolutely fantastic final table with DN, Chan, Lederer and others doing so well.
  7. with 35 in it DN still in it...got a str8 flush with JJ. This is per the Hendon mob sitehttp://www.thehendonmob.com/MobForum/forum.php?f=1

  9. interesting info from the Hendon Mob site...there was a table consisting of Ted Forrest, Martin de Knipf, Antonio Esfandiari, Gus Hansen, Evelyn Ng, Scotty Nguyen, Richard Brodie and Huck Seed! All I can say is WOW!
