Commerce Casino Holiday Bonus

Recommended Posts

Alright fellas, I know a bunch of you are in LA here with me - so I wanted to see if we can all get together @ Commerce Casino on November 10th for some tournament fun. They have the Holiday Bonus running all month: http://commercecasino.com/tournamentDetail...?tournamentId=6 and I'll be at a few of the events, and I figure the event on the 10th will have a nice turnout (being a friday) with its $15,000 Added.Who wants to meet up either before the event or in the morning? I'll be there from 11am playing in Satellites as they're easy money and get you in the right mindset for the event.

Yeah, typically they have $40 and $120 ST satellites running from 11am until 1 hour before the start of that day's tournament. You get tournament dollars for winning, which you can use to register for the event obv. If you make more than you need (which is my usual goal - last tie I made about $900 over what I needed for the day's event) then you just wait for the registration line and sell it to people for face value. You'd think I'd remember the structure since I just played in the same tournament in September, but I forgot - it wasn't great, it wasn't terrible. 2000/2500 starting chips and 20/25 minute levels I wanna say?Anyway, in September this same tourney with the 15k added on a friday had a decent turnout with 1st place taking home $85,000.- Crash

i'm interested. how soft are the sats?
Terribly soft. Last time I played in 3 $40 and 1 $120 sat and cashed out for a total of $1300 in a span of 6 hours.

This sounds pretty good, I might be down to go. Im going to Poker Aces in san diego tomorrow at Viejas casino, which is a really good tournement with a $300 buy in with no re-buys $100,000 gur. and 40. min blinds.
i'm playing in that one tomorrow too...hopefully I'll see you there bro
