CoxhEd 0
The first night I played, I destroyed 1/2, making $200 profit within 40 minutes. I've been slowly building a nice profit over the last 5-6 days and then when I felt comfortable playing 2/4 I moved up yesterday. Yesterday didnt go so well as I lost about $100 or so but today I just destroyed it again on Party this time.To all the limit players out there, do you perfer 6 max or full ring? How do you handle with the horrible swings? Whats a good bb/100? What do you usually buy in with?

Doesn't work all the time but it helps :)Oh, yelling ************ outloud helps too2bb/100 I always buy in for 25bb
TheCorporation3 0
Yes indeed, 2BB /100hands is good. I 4 table 2-4 and Im going to carry it out for 1 more month and then in October I am running it to 3 tables of 3-6 and just think....230 hands an hour at 3 tables, multiplied by 2 BB (12) is $27.60 and hour, I can't wait.I built my roll up from 1/2 games for a month, then have been playing 2-4 for 2 months at the casinos, playing only 60 hours a month, and now this is my last month of 2-4 and I should have 4K at the end of this month, and then its time for 3-6. P.S. I ONLY GOT DSL 2 WEEKS AGO, OTHER WISE I WOULD BE A BILLIONAIRE BY NOW, LOL not really...but close to it
mikeysong 0
for low stakes I really don't suggest playing at the casino unless they take a small rake.Barona takes $4 from EVERY pot. That's .5bbs every hand. Makes it very tough to pull a profit longterm.

You play more hands in 6max and since the pots tend to be smaller (less players involved in pots), your variance is slightly reduced. In full games, there are more multiway pots and the pots are larger.I play ring games more often because they're super-nitty as of late.
