Sorry- convertor doesn't work for 7 stud. The question is a semibluff into 3 others on 6th st. ok? Also, I felt both the call on 3rd and 4th st were fairly loose, but with 4 players already in and me having the ability to close the action I thought it was ok.PokerStars Game #5128993670: Tournament #25455663, $20+$2 7 Card Stud Limit - Level IV (75/150) - 2006/06/02 - 13:47:50 (ET)Table '25455663 6' 8-maxSeat 1: leslieace (1974 in chips) Seat 2: BigEd115 (2134 in chips) Seat 3: hvirring (1756 in chips) Seat 4: Bookman9 (1605 in chips) Seat 5: lilpokerstar (1239 in chips) Seat 6: blakheart916 (2513 in chips) Seat 7: apac3232 (1088 in chips) Seat 8: treysfull21 (919 in chips) leslieace: posts the ante 15BigEd115: posts the ante 15hvirring: posts the ante 15Bookman9: posts the ante 15lilpokerstar: posts the ante 15blakheart916: posts the ante 15apac3232: posts the ante 15treysfull21: posts the ante 15*** 3rd STREET ***Dealt to leslieace [As]Dealt to BigEd115 [3d]Dealt to hvirring [Kh]Dealt to Bookman9 [9h]Dealt to lilpokerstar [Tc]Dealt to blakheart916 [6h 5d 4s]Dealt to apac3232 [Qs]Dealt to treysfull21 [2h]treysfull21: brings-in low 25leslieace: raises 50 to 75BigEd115: calls 75hvirring: folds Bookman9: folds lilpokerstar: calls 75blakheart916: calls 75apac3232: folds treysfull21: folds *** 4th STREET ***Dealt to leslieace [As] [6c]Dealt to BigEd115 [3d] [5c]Dealt to lilpokerstar [Tc] [3c]Dealt to blakheart916 [6h 5d 4s] [5s]leslieace: bets 75BigEd115: calls 75lilpokerstar: calls 75blakheart916: calls 75*** 5th STREET ***Dealt to leslieace [As 6c] [9d]Dealt to BigEd115 [3d 5c] [Js]Dealt to lilpokerstar [Tc 3c] [6s]Dealt to blakheart916 [6h 5d 4s 5s] [2s]leslieace: checks BigEd115: checks lilpokerstar: checks blakheart916: checks *** 6th STREET ***Dealt to leslieace [As 6c 9d] [2c]Dealt to BigEd115 [3d 5c Js] [Ac]Dealt to lilpokerstar [Tc 3c 6s] [4d]Dealt to blakheart916 [6h 5d 4s 5s 2s] [Ts]BigEd115: checks lilpokerstar: checks blakheart916: bets 150leslieace: folds BigEd115: folds lilpokerstar: folds blakheart916 collected 745 from potblakheart916: doesn't show hand *** SUMMARY ***Total pot 745 | Rake 0 Seat 1: leslieace folded on the 6th StreetSeat 2: BigEd115 folded on the 6th StreetSeat 3: hvirring folded on the 3rd Street (didn't bet)Seat 4: Bookman9 folded on the 3rd Street (didn't bet)Seat 5: lilpokerstar folded on the 6th StreetSeat 6: blakheart916 collected (745)Seat 7: apac3232 folded on the 3rd Street (didn't bet)Seat 8: treysfull21 folded on the 3rd Street

Not my best game either (though my favourite) but I agree here...hell, you might even be ahead, and if you're not you have outs....regardless, your fold equity alone justifies the bet.Just not sure if leslieace has given up representing two aces, or no longer thinks his aces are good, but I lean towards the first. In a higher end game...maybe not - an observant player has to notice that four of your spades and two of your threes and one of your fives are already out, making it less likely that you have them in the hole, and that you'll draw to them.

I think starting hands like that should be thrown into the much on third street. If two of them were suited, I might be able to find a reason to play them, but a rainbow? I don't think so.

You very well may be correct- is there any overlay for 3 players ahead of me and for me having the chance to close the action? I normally don't play hands like this, and that is why I was confused the whole time. In a ring game I fold this in a heartbeat, but I need to win some pots at some point in a tourney with antes. Sorry rambling, but I could easily be convinced this is a 3rd street muck.

Straights probably lose the more money in 7stud than any other hand. That said, you're 3rd and 4th street calls are only a little light, and the rest looks fine. Calling on 5th if it was bet though, would have been pretty nightmarishly bad, but you probably knew that allready.good luck.
