BC4Jesus 0 Posted March 29, 2006 Share Posted March 29, 2006 I've noticed that since the new forum format has been in place that I'm no longer receiving email notifications when a thread that I've posted to has been responded to. Is anyone else having this issue? I'm not sure if the PM notification is working as I haven't had the opportunity to test it out yet. Link to post Share on other sites

If you added that to try and generate a notification, then thanks.Otherwise, I know how the feature is supposed to work. It doesn't. For example, I got no notification that you replied to this thread...I figured you knew how it worked, just trying to generate the email.I got mine to work...My Controls, email settings, Board preferences, then check, the third box down and select immediate email notification. I haven't been getting any notifications so I guess it's not working on this new system. I just thought they'd be interested in knowing about this. It's a great feature when it works correctly. I check my email frequently throughout the day and it's nice to not overlook a reply/PM because I received an email about it. Link to post Share on other sites
