Oftentimes it seems that people only complain about issues here. Well, I think that we should also point out times when things go well.Last night I won a small tourney, and decided that I was going to withdraw some of the winnings. Unfortunately, I couldn't remember my Pin#. I sent a message to CharterHelp, and went to sleep.When I woke up today, I had an email from Tim at FCP support. He asked me a series of security questions. I think this is great, since I like knowing that my account is secure. I answer the questions, and go out to run some errands.When I got back, I had an email from Tim containing my Pin#.Great Job Tim! Thank you FCP support!

I agree 100%. FCP support is excellent in most instances. Any dealings I've had with them were always positive, especially involving the disconnect issues.I don't blame them for the software problems.Keep up the good work.BBF
