not another...fcp start up issue

Hey y'all I just downloaded the software and I cannot get it to start up. After I click on the icon the program starts to check for updates, then I get this msessage, "Could not open file LatestPatcher.pf<via aol turboweb cache> not modified." Followed by "Could not get Patch list."Anyone else have this kind of issue, what did you do? OR should I just be emailing support instead of cluttering up general? Or should I just be pm'ing DNA?Thanks as always for your help.

Mine has openned up perfectly every day, including this morning.
