DiverDown4 0
As requeste in another post, who is the greatest guitar player ever. Here are mine IMO.1. Eddie Van Halen (Van Halen)2. Tom Morello (RATM, Audioslave)3. Nuno Bettencourt (Extreme)4. Tom Scholz (Boston)5. Steve Vai (Best in "David Lee Roth Band)6. Joe SatrianiOk Ok, so Nuno Bettencourt may not be in there, but that guy played some rediculous riffs.

JFarrell20 1
1)Jimmy Page2)Jimmy Page drunk3)Jimmy Page stoned4)ClaptonThose are really the only top 2 worth mentioning.Hendrix, Halen, Vaughan & Angus are all exceptional, but none of them comes REMOTELY CLOSE to being as eclectic as Clapton and Page.Clapton has the edge over Page in terms of hit-song writing capabilities, but Page is much, much, more risky in his music, and more eclectic.Page is exceptional at Riffs, Solos, and Arrangements. He's the God of Guitar.
