hblask 1 Posted March 3, 2012 Share Posted March 3, 2012 Has anyone else watched this? It was extremely hyped since it came from Spielberg. I wasn't particularly interested, but my wife is an ex theater person, so I watched it a few times with her.My verdict: this show has done the impossible. It makes theater look more boring than computer programming. I think taping our staff meetings would make for better TV than this. My wife loves it because it's so "true". I guess if there was a realistic computer programming show I might find it somewhat interesting, but I'd know better than to expect anyone else to like it. It looks to me like writers and performers just don't realize how boring and typical what they do is. "Wow, you had to look for money to fund the show? That is sooooooo interesting!
