I'm telling you, they have a HUGE dancer budget. They didn't want to spend less than their budget this year because then the dancer budget would get cut next year, so they decided to just throw some money at some local B celebrities to show up. It's the only reason that makes sense.The host got shit on pretty good there at the end. He wasn't very good at hiding his exasperation. "Somebody talk to me!"
