DonkSlayer 1
I think you should bet the turn hard. As played, half-pot call with a set here is fine.
Sheiky 0
I bet $2.50 on the flop but play it the same
MetalFingers 0
bet that useless turn card!
SCS 0
I think a check on the turn against 2 villains is fine.I think we could make a case for raising on the river. I think villain will call with 98, 87, 54, A8 enough times to make it profitable.
SGFULTON83 0
Bet the turn as well, and call on the river. 2 pair or an over-pair is most likely and I would say raise the river if you had a good enough read on the person, but you played it fine, just add a bet on the turn. psujohn 0
Uh we all realize we made the nuts on the river right? Why are we not raising?
AcesOnFire 0
Uh we all realize we made the nuts on the river right? Why are we not raising? We hold the 5th nuts.
SCS 0
We hold the 5th nuts.I still think we can raise the river for value.
krup24 0
I still think we can raise the river for value.and get called by what that we beat coming out of the blinds. i can only think of 7-5 or 8-5.
psujohn 0
Yeah you can say we hold the 5th nuts but villain never shows up with 88 or 77 here and the only A3 we should ever see is As3s. And about the only 6s we should ever see are As6s and 76s. Villain has SOO MANY worse hands that he'll bet/call with on the river that flatting with our set is nearly as bad as flatting with 96. The only difference is that if villain 3-bets we can fold our hand.
