fopkins 0
So the converter won't tell the whole story. This is a satellite tournament for 210 FPPs on pokerstars. The top 6 players get 11 $T, and we are down to 7 players. MP2 has been sitting out the entire final table, and half the players at the table (including MP1) have agreed to check around the next 4 hands, and MP2 will be eliminated by then. If by some reason this doesn't work, no worries because the button also has 500 chips.. and the blinds are 400/800.The two people involved in the hand were the chipleader and the player who was 2nd in chips respectively. All they had to do was sit and wait for either of the other two players to be eliminated... but I guess they decided this wasn't going to happen soon enough for them... so they went crazy?!Easily the worst play (and the second worst play) I've ever seen at a poker table. I've decided the call was worse than the push, but they're both REALLY, REALLY bad. I would have folded AA here for sure, easily.PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t800 (7 handed) Poker Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FCP)CO (t3054)Button (t535)SB (t6730)Hero (t3486)UTG (t6925)MP1 (t8010)MP2 (t1260)Preflop: Hero is BB with 2 , 7 . UTG calls t800, MP1 raises to t7960, 5 folds, UTG calls t6075 (All-In).Flop: (t16385) 8 , J , 9 (2 players, 1 all-in)Turn: (t16385) 7 (2 players, 1 all-in)River: (t16385) 9 (2 players, 1 all-in)Final Pot: t15300UTG has Ah 5h (one pair, nines). MP1 has Ks Qs (one pair, nines). Outcome: UTG wins t15250. ..and just to prove sometimes there is justice in poker, MP1 (the guy who pushed) got eliminated in the next hand, and the guy who was sitting out for the past 20 hands and the guy with 500 chips both made the money. Check-boxes are so rarely done perfectly, and this is an excellent example of the rarity that brings validation to the art. Bravo, Vtlaxer.
