I think this is pretty simple but my brain frozen today and i can't work it out.

It's not the bubble, i have 3 BBs, he's shoving ATC and doubling up more than doubles my equity in the prizepool.You're probably right, but i still want to work out the numbers and see what % of hands i should call with here.

Just multiply .2451x.34285 = .084 < .1222 so fold.
