My table is insane every omaha hand was capped at some point then people turn over things like KQ97 badugi from EP.I'm playing like an idiot but their are def chips to be had

My beer store still has it i think its year round. FWIW I lived right next to Cascadilla Gorge in Ithaca which is what its named for.OMG dude on my table just called a bet HU in Razz on 6th st showing J559 I made a 7 LOLZ weeeee.

just had 88J7 vs 8856 vs xx56 obv the guy with my other 2 8's and all dead cards makes 2 pair to winEdit: apprently 26Q is worth 2 bets on 3rd in stud 8 and AQ2 rainbow is good for a raise too.

5 beers, and playing like a tard.Not always a good decision.
I could be stone cold sober right now I couldnt out luck DennisG9064 out current chip leader.I thought 2 pair kings and 7's with a 4 flush was pretty good against a board of 3Q239 with 2 dead Q's out. Nope 3's full.In Razz this guy reraised a 4 and a 5 with an 8 and gets there he cant miss he's running uber hot look out.

yeffy fyi that hand is totally standard in a tourney setting. his king is live lots of the time. bolded part is WAY off base :)edit, wait. i'm wasted. yeah, it's standard in a cash game as well.

You really think that? You call off 1/5 of your stack on 3rd st. with a 3 flush when 3 of your suit is dead? Only to find yourself on 5th st. tied to a hand where you have only 5 outs to improve to a hand where you might be drawing dead?I wouldn't but I guess I could see it, mostly just pissed that my much more live higher royal/flush draw missed. But I did get away with no bet on 6th or 7th the only streets I was behind :)Congrats on the cash. Chuckled to see Dennis go wire to wire chip lead then finish 5th. Yes that is evil of me but he sucked out on me like 5 times.And in defense of all of this I finished a 6 pack of these beers and they are goooooooooood.

well, he's not calling 3 cold, he's calling 2 cold in what could be a ginormous pot by the end against multiple high holdings, and only 2 of his spades are dead, not 3. moreover, there are so many people in this hand that seeing lots of non-spades actually nullifies the 2 dead spades for the most part by 5th. granted, on 3rd, 3 cold is probably a fold, but i rarely yell at people for getting into really big pots with marginal holdings as long as they have a reasonable shot to win and play well postflop or post-3rd.and i'm on g&t #6, so i can't really say much myself, lol.

Yeffy, I am glad to see you were happy with me ending in 5th. Actually I was very happy too. I am new to the games of HORSE and have just started playing in this tourney to learn. I started playing because of reading this forum and seeing how much fun you all have. I can't help it that I was in a few places I shouldn't have been and caught a few cards. I also had several places where I played very well earned pots. Give a newbie a little credit. I am trying to practice and learn to be a master like you.
