If we lost, it would come down to tie-breaker formula based on goals-for vs total goal (for and against). We were winning 3-2 with 9 minutes left in the 3rd period and the wheels fell off. They scored 6 goals in 8 minutes and with the 8-3 loss, it screwed us out of the tie-breaker. So we got our drink on. Made it home around 2:30 am and had to wake up at 5:00 to go to the airport.Frida

Tonight is our final round-robin game for play-offs, surprisingly we are 2-0. When I booked my trip to Vegas, I didn't think we'd make it out of the round-robin, but now it looks like we're in the semi-finals or might get the bye to the finals if we win tonight. My team is pissed that I'm taking off, oh well.I scored the game winner the other night and got wasted after the game. Tonight is going to be rough, odds are that I will be super drunk and I'll have to pack and get up at 5:00. It's going to be like a reverse-Vegas thing. I always leave Vegas haggered, this time I will be there haggered

Not sure if he was going away for Spring Break with his kids. Vann is married. I leave in 21 hours though.

Habit I guess. I set my alarm way back to get up early and eat breakfast and go to work early, but that never happens. So I guess I use it to gradually wake up in the morning. If I just turned it off at 6:49, I would fall back asleep and always be late. Other option would be to set it to 7:35, but then I would feel all rushed.
