  1. Incubus, you have a point there, he is probably better than everyone that posts in here. I still don't think of him as a pro, but not as an ametuer either. It is difficult for many people to classify him when, besides the WSOP 03' and the Bay 101, he has been relatively quiet.
  2. Yes it is possable. Pocket ladies beaten by a 2 4. How? Here is the tale of a scary beat. 5 players, 1000/2000 blinds, all players average 10000 chips. player A in first position raise the blind to 4000 with QQ. Player in BB thinks over for awhile and calls with a 24. Was he drunk or stoned? Doubt it. Anyway, the flop comes 2 3 4. Player with 2 4 checks and the QQ bets 3000. Player B with about 8000 left goes all in and player A calls qucikly. When the hands are flipped, player A with QQ is in disbelief, as he well should have been. Turn comes a 7, not much help. River comes a 10 and the
  3. Hey im right there with ya. I have a home game and my friend always seems to draw out on me with the worst hand. Ive had so many bad beats against him i can't even start to tell you. Ive broken a cell phone thats how bad i got pissed after the beats. The worst one i ever took was my A7 to a 10-2. With the blinds at 200/400 i raised in the SB to 1000 and got called by the BB with his 10 2. The flop came down 10 7 4 and I pushed all in thinking he probably missed his hand. That cost me. Ended up busting two hands later with K2 to an AQ. So thats my bad beat, and dumb beat, story.
  4. While Moneymaker has not had much success as of late, he does have to have some skill to win the WSOP and outlast almost 900 people. Yes luck did have much to do with it, but luck alone will not win a big tournament.
