I saw a little new teammate bonding courtside tonight at the Raptors game, Phaneuf sitting with Phil Kessel.

To have to fight after laying a clean hit is crap, BUT he was def a willing participant in that scrap once it got going and certainly didn't hold back.From what I read (and maybe Chris can confirm) he was "as popular as dandruff" in the room in Calgary, so who knows, maybe shit like that was part of the reason for it.

I was one of the people here saying I liked the trade for the leafs, and I like Dion so take this with a grain of salt - but if he plays such an in your face chirpy chippy scrappy game and ends up fighting on a semi regular basis, he better take off that visor. Seeing guys that play like that wearing them really pisses me off. (or at the very least, take it off when you're in a fight especially against a guy that doesn't have one...to do otherwise is chickenshit)
