  2. meh I have to admit I don't have much faith betting on myself after golfing twice in 1 yr against someone I've never seen play. Plus aren't you forgetting that I suck? On the plus side, I am ultra-competitive and will talk shit if you want so you got that going for you.
  3. Oh and no phone because I lost it at Rhino last week while in Vegas and missed the DHL guy that dropped off the replacement one today.....sighBut ya we can just communicate through aim/pm.Not sure if I'll stay up, probably if the games are good online tonight. And lets go early so I can get some practice in.
  4. Yea I'll play at 1 tomorrow guys....my sleep schedule is all fked up though (woke up at 8pm tonight) I might have to just stay up the entire time.I can rent clubs right? My clubs are at my Moms place in NW In and I don't have time to get them. Also, Chris that sounds like a horrid bet for you. I've been golfing twice in the last year and doesn't Jeff shoot like 85?
  5. Ya I'm pretty sure if I just worked hard on my short game I could break 90. My putting is atrocious due to lack of practice. I'll play this afternoon if you want. edit: nm saw you can't play today.
  6. lol thats pretty insane Mark.Ok I have a new non-poker related goal. Legitimately break 90 in golf by the end of the summer.....right now I avg about 97-100 when keeping score for real (no mulligans, count all penalties etc). What are the odds of this and does anyone want to prop bet on it?
  7. I'll play this weekend....tomm or Sat or both.Something in the early afternoon would be best for me. What are the best/closest courses to the city?edit: actually late afternoon today would be real good if anyone wants to play.
  8. wow Ive had some epic swings the past 72 hrs that include a couple shots at 50/100....I thought I could stomach 25/50+, meh not so sure now.I'll try to graph it, will be hard tho because about half the hands are on my other comp and the Cake converter fks up alot.
  9. 400 800I open mp1 w 89ss John Murphy flats the button. Flop 10 J Q w 2 hearts. I bet 4200 he makes it 15500 w 35 behind I ship he has nuts ofc. Then co opens to 2400, button misclicks and folds an ace face up, I ship for 14k total w KK from sb, co calls w AQ. Ace in the door and gg.Nice life

  11. Heres my Day 1 writeup:79,400 after day 1Not a super interesting day....my table included Doyle Brunson two to my right, Kristy Gazes to my right, Danny Alei (but he busted super early in an interesting hand), Roy Winston, online player Bushman, and Bob Stupak.Overall I felt I had a really good table draw as I had some weak players to my left. I was able to steal their blinds at will and they paid me off pretty light as my image was kind of shot after showing down some pretty weak opening hands from all positions. This structure is awesome and is a cash game players dream. I felt like I had a
  12. I'm pretty sure if we were talking about the overall midwest public school experience (academics, social life, sports, etc) it would rank:Wisconsin>Michigan>IU>Ohio State>Ill>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Depaul and those other boo boo schools like Loyolaedited bc I forgot OSU
  13. Doyle is awesome, he was pretty much the friendliest guy at the table. The NBA playoffs were on so he was into that and said he has a big bet on the Celts to win the title. Bob Stupak was at the table and if you've ever seen him you know that he is a senile drunk/weirdo who has no clue what is going on. So at the end of day 1 when Stupak took a cig break Doyle stole one of his 10k chips just for fun to see how long it would take for him to notice....was pretty funny. He opened a ton of pots and ppl were just letting him run them over because hes Doyle fking Brunson. I was sitting next to hi

  15. Probably the smallest piece I would sell is $500....I'm not really going to actively seek out selling pieces but if you guys want some thats fine. Not sure what % you would get for $500, I'll sell them at the standard 1.2-1.
  16. This was last years structure. 17. Hand of the Vegas trip so far:Co opens to 100 I make it 420 w red from btn Aces he says "ok I'll see a flop" and calls. Flop is A 10 3 w 2 hearts he insta throws a thick roll of 100s that covers the 4k I have left. I snap and roll over my hand turn is a 6h and he flips up Q7hh, I puke for about 1.5 seconds and then breathe when the river is a 10.Also, I won my 25k Bellagio seat tonight so I'm super excited for that. I haven't been this excited about something poker related in a loooong time.
  18. Shipped my seat in the $2500 satty today, I play Sunday. Wooooo
