    On a related note, it's silly for any of you guys to intentionally avoid ab/ub. Is it because you're afraid there will still be superusers, because you don't want anything to do with a company that allowed that to happen, or for other reasons? All I'm sayin is they have really soft games, really good support, and really fast withdrawals.

    Take your kids on a family vacation for Chrissakes...it's not like you've never played poker before, and, your kids will be grown and gone so fast that when you look back you won't believe it.You can play poker until you're 118+...children stop being children very quickly and forever.IMO
    Been there, done that........many timesI'm not pretending it's for them........I want to go away. My relatives don't want to babysit, so I'm thinking......What the heck, ?...... bring them along, they are old enough to play video games by themselves in the hotel at night when I'm off gambling. I just have to come up with enough things that they would enjoy during the daytime. I also refuse to do any of the amusement park things (Disney, Universal, etc) that my kids would prefer during a school vacation. When they were younger, we pulled them out of school for that, but can't get away with it in high school.Washington we did when they were very young, so it would be a totally different trip this time and more a "family" thing. The problem is with all of the walking. With my neck/back issues, it would be torture for me.A cruise or island thing is high on the list......I have to price out my options. Can americans still travel to the Caribbean with a birth certificate ? Does it still take forever to get passports ?

    I am considering a family trip to Vegas. It would have to be February or April school vacation weeks, so I'm not going to stand in line at Disney (btdt). The kids would probably like the other options......Washington DC or a cruise better, but tough........if I'm paying, I'd like to get my poker fix in :club: What is there to do in Vegas if you are 12 and 14 yo boys ? Much as they might enjoy it, strippers and prostitutes aren't going to happen. One is a Beatle freak, so we would definitely see Love. The coaster at NYNY and rides at Stratosphere would definitely be on the hit list. How expensive are the helicopter tours ? What hotels on the strip have an indoor pool ?

    Didn't there used a "next" button at the bottom left of the screen ? I don't like it at the bottom right. I like 3 poker tables open while I read here. They are in the upper and right corners. I just misclicked on a poker table when it popped up as I was going to click "next" page here. Don't make me have to switch to 40 posts/page like all of the cool kids !

    Sad, but true
    I was on a train. It was 3am. I was somewhere just after the Bulgaria/Greece border. A Greek couple were in the compartment with me and my friends. Everyone else was asleep. The window in the compartment wouldn't shut and I was on the top pull out bed and a cold wind was blowing around my ankles. I couldn't sleep. It was then I had some kind of poker epiphany.Not sure what it was but it certainly had an effect.

    Hero throws a temper tantrum when Button holds an Ace that beats yours. I don't think you can fold here, even though this feels like an Ace that was or is now beating you. Take the cooler and get into the next tourney.
    Thanks.....that's what I wanted to hear. He had a better ace. hinking about it after I wondered if his flat call on the flop then raise on the turn should have told me to dump it.

I am getting ready to go to the "Meeting of the Minds"....................the annual national parrothead convention in Key West. It starts on a Thursday evening. On Friday morning, the have a bloodmobile :club: Last time I went they had over 100 donations, but they could only use 30 of the pints of blood donated because everyone was so polluted.Thankfully, the have an auction and do several other fundraisers there so that we can redeem ourselves.

    How much can you SAP and still be considered as a candidate ?
    Hey Guys,I'm kind of serious about this question. Who is the "worst" player that's been accepted ? Can Steve's wizardry turn a struggling player into a winner ? Or is this really more for people who are already on their way to just help them fine tune some things ? Should applicants already be playing at a certain level ?
