You play too loose. Simple fact.#1 Play fewer hands in the Early and Middle Position#2 Release hands if the flop doesn't help (2 overcards shouldn't always be played, sometimes but not always)#3 Respect other people's raises, yeah you might think they've shown some crap but you need good quality hands to call raises
