yes. My gf runs Cross Country, indoor track and track for Drake University here in Des Moines. Being her Sr. year she had planned on going to this meet and asked if i would like to come. So i'll be there playing the supportive (read: Athletic Supporter) type.Originally we had both planned on going to the game, because she is originally from KC, and a chiefs fan.

i would also consider it a sport. results and news stories about the annual nathans hot dog eating contest are circulated across all major sports media outlets. In fact the competition itself is also aired on ESPN. So if the powers that be at ESPN deem in acceptable to put on their SPORTS programming channel, 1 could argue it is a sport.

so lets look at some number.this year Tebow has 58 pass attempts and 39 completions. After 3 games played, thats an avg. of 19 tosses per game. Now lets compare that to another heisman candidate from last year (ovbiously colt mccoy) So far this year colt has 110 attempts and 75 completions. for an avgerage per game of almost 37 passes per game. Now one would argue that Texas is a pass heavy team.So far this year in 3 games texas has had 11 players rush the ball. Totaly Carries are 123. Avg out to a per game number of 41. Now on the reverse side, lets look at florida. Florida also has
