  3. I'm not expecting a rocket ship RL but mine has been a bit diabolical lately. Something a bit near horizontal would be better.
  4. [ ] 30k hands[ ] win some money consistantlyStandard month for me really. Up, down, all over the place really. I seem to suck at winning big pots which is a problem and my red line is disappointing too for the stakes I play imo. 5. For sure.Every third hand will be AK vs AK to juice the rake imo.
  6. Tapie has a colourful past to say the least when it comes to business. I wonder if he picked up poker while he was in prison.
  7. Looks like FTP might be going from one set of crooks to another, doh.
  8. I just got grimstarred at 10NL, WTF. Someone is hard up for 10 cents I guess.

  10. What KingJames said basically. Don't try and move up till you have a decent roll for it. Maybe try playing another if you/cake software can handle it to increase your hourly at 4NL but don't just spam out tables for the sake of it.
  11. So being English on the one hand I hate and ridicule the French but on the other it would be nice if someone saved my ftp roll. Talk about a tough spot.
  12. He has mostly cleared it up now. When he first posted he wasn't very clear about what he knew when. It sounded like he knew ftp had no money when he told people he was sure everything was fine etc but now it appears he didn't know till much later when one of his "friends" was in talks to buy ftp and was under an NDA.http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showpost...p;postcount=405was the first post he made
  13. Is the chain on the side for garotting little people James Bond style?
  14. I really wanted him to get there too :/Didn't use up a "one time" on him though.

  16. I flatted and a low flush card came on the turn. Villain x/folded, which was lame.
  17. Hellmuth is so good that even when he had a losing hand he still got shipped the pot.
  18. The thing I have against raising is that if he is being a retardo then raising really stops him from being a retardo on future streets too. If he has a queen or better it we will probably get his stack most of the time anyway so maybe we don't want to take away his ability to keep bluffing if this donk is ever a bluff?
  19. I largely discounted sets as I think he would fold 22 and 4 bet QQ (atleast I hope he would). His raise first from the sb was something like 44%.
  20. I've seen this line a few times lately and I'm not really sure what to make of it. Feral Cow PokerPokerStars No-Limit Hold'em $0.05/$0.10 - 3 playersButton: $5.42 SB: $8.47 BB: $10.00 (Hero)Preflop: ($0.15) Hero is BB with (3 players)Button folds, SB raises to $0.40, Hero raises to $1.20, SB calls $0.80Flop: ($2.40) (2 players)SB bets $1.71, Hero ?Villain is a 10/6 "reg" from Russia that I have 300+ hands on, no real sample on his fold to three bet. Do we just assume he has a Q here and let him barrel off or do you think he is more likely to have some sort of FD and we should be raising h
  21. Just because someone is a good player does not make them a good teacher either. From my own experience with DC vs cardrunners videos I thought that DC was much better in terms of consistant out put and building up series to work through. On cardrunners it took months for a 3 part series to come out and the majority of vidoes were just poker videos rather than trying to teach any specific concept.
