Ok, any chance you could do my bonus calc manually? I understand that there's lots of stuff for your tech people to be working on with the new software.But this is the kind of thing that really worries and frustrates players.Some of us are very gradual winners and the bonuses are a great help to increase our bankrolls.When a bonus is stopped/cancelled/or just paused it's very unpleasant not knowing if you will receive $$ for the hours/rake you put in.The other thing is not knowing when. Just so you understand the players side of this issue.Thanks for the updates!

Hi, could someone please clarify my situation!Before the software update/change I had been clearing the $500 deposit bonus. I had cleared about 3400 of the 5000 points needed to get the bonus.When I log into my account now there are no bonus dollars in my account and no details of points earned and still needed to get the bonus.Live support said that FCP were still working on this problem and that 1) a % of the $500 would be paid for points earned up until the software change2) the balance of the bonus would be available with the new bonus system.How will this work and when will it be fixed?Th
