States do not have the power to regulate interstate and international commerce, and I always thought that online gambling of all sorts would fall in that category. This law won't stand for long. You can say that the government always screws things up, but they got one thing right with that whole constitution thing (Art. 1, Sec. 8, Clause 3 - Congress has the exclusive right "To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes.")

Hi guys - I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not Stacked will be playable on the Xbox 360. I really want to buy and play the game, but I gave my original XBox to a friend when his broke a few months back, and I'd really prefer to play the game on my 360. I know DN has a 360 too, so here's hoping that he has been pushing for Stacked to be added to the backwards compatability list (it isn't on Microsoft's list yet, but some unlisted games work anyway).
