Your posting is not exactly manner full, I would say.But for your information: there were no rudenes in my posting.Just a simple question to understand the psychology of a super pro.It could have been, that these guys simply don't care about the losses,as they are part of the game. This is - I understand - the approach Berry Greenstein and Chip Reese is having.I found it interesting, that apparantly Daniel N. does seem to bother about his loss.

Not news my friend. And I have posted my entry both under tournaments- and under cashgame results. Daniel did pretty bad in tournaments after his posting. For instance, he spend 49,000$ at a 1,000$ tourney, using 48 rebuys. So my question is why does daniel not like to present his negative results for us. And what does that in general suggest about the psychology of poker

Lets face it. It seems like Daniel is a bit less eager to report his bad results than his good results. I have a question for you daniel, seriously: do you feel it is more painfull to report a bad result than a good result, or don't you really care too much?

You can not compare daniels 48 rebuys. He has extra equity from the PR he gets when he wins or get to the money. In the statistics, they only take into account what you win, not what you invest. In general it is bad strategy to make excessive rebuys as the equity is affected by going to far below average stack

What's up Daniel? Lets see what happened on the other side of July 21st

1) Daniel has in fact stated over and over again, that he is NOT a legal expert2) Daniel has in fact based his argument largely on the idea that the lawsuit is bad for poker, as the more important point3) Raymer's comments on Daniels level of stupidity is NOT a reasonable level of communication4) IF the contracts are illegal, then wait to sue until WPT has actually used the likeness of the players in commercials or advertisements. IF WPT has come this far, they would stand for a serious slapping in court, given the claim that the release is illegal5) I suppose the exclusivity deal WPT holds wi

When you see Daniels Tournament results, he actually do post his buy in, his result and his profit or deficit on each tournament. In cash games, buy in does not matter much, since they play with a cap of 100,000 $ per person per pot in the cash games, or in case of a straddle a cap of 150,000 $ per person per pot. You can pretty easily assume, that Daniel always is capable of matching the cap. You can as easily assume, that Daniel will not dry out in the game on the small side of 2 mio$ (based on his reported lows in his games). But if you think of joining the game, I am not sure, but I think yo

Daniel, In the video blog we got told, that you had to accept a 1 mio+ $ loss the other day. Should we at some moment see that in the blog?

I suppose it is understood, that the players are not playing at the same table. The issue is just about lending money or not to a friend for gambling.

Captain HOOks, Sounds like you are a really bad friend. You have no risk and he shall still give you money. You would not be my friend for one minute more.Make a decision. If you believe he is weaker than the table. Do not give him money, who will put your friend in a losing situation. If you believe he is stronger than the table. Invest in him. Give him 100$ and he gives you back depending on his final stack:IF 100 he give you 100IF 200 he give you 170IF 300 he give you 240IF 400 he give you 300IF 500 he give you 350IF 600 he give you 400IF 700 he give you 4

Well, I also made 28/30 and it took 15 minutes, because I spend some time on the scambles, which I did not get right. Maybe because I am not English language. May also be, because solving a test from Mensa has nothing to do with being a genious. It just proves a certain ability to solve logical problems.Very few people are geniouses, and to be so, you need to be able to use your skills in new ways to the better for humanity. To have a skill is nothing. To use a skill for yourself is nothing. To use a skill for the service of your family is something. To use your skills for the better of humani

Soft Play Scenario/disagreement (bit Long)

Again as being the other end of the stream, I like to comment to the comments.I dont really agree with your guys, that it is collusion. In fact he tries to force me out on the flop - thereby giving the 3rd player, that is all in preflop, a larger chance of winning the hand. What 2 players are doing when they are heads up can really not affect any other players. And it would only be collusion, if we decided to stay in both of us for the purpose of reducing the 3rd players chance of winning. This was clearly not the case. However, I like the clean mind of you guys, and I do agree, that it is a goo
