Well I miss having a place to discuss poker. So I will start doing more on FCP.

I don't want this to turn into a thread about how the good the old days were. But FCP had a ton of talent, still does. I just wonder why people moved on. I mean I obviously don't post like I used to. But the community was very tight. Of course people come together when someone is deep in a tournament, etc. And JC was super cool with his stakes. But, it is a bit sad that the community is so small now....

I think the UFC and Spike can make a 3 part series on any of the fighters, literally, any two. It's interesting just to see how these guys think, live, train, etc.I'm looking forward to Brock coming back. It doesn't seem like this experience humbled him very much. Yeah, we're watching the same sport.Guidas best fight was against tyson griffin imo, and I think he should have won.I think his fight against sherk could be boring for sure. I previously discussed my reasoning.I like Guida a lot. He has tons of heart, and I think he's great for the sport. Having said that, he is pretty much a one trick pony. He has a lay and pray style. Not his fault, that's his base. No KO power, and no real submissions. He won't ever do anything that really surprises me. This is exactly right. For movies, tv shows, etc.....it's best to turn off the 120. For the ufc and other sports, it looks pretty cool with the 120.

I thought his fight vs griffin was intersting. And I actually feel like he won that fight.He usually is in fast paced fights, but that doesn't make them intersting.Guida has horrible stand up, decent wrestling, and great cardio.Sadly, that is where his talent ends.Sherk has great cardio, great wrestling and average stand up.This should make for two guys standing the whole time with sloppy stand up.I could be wrong though.........

I recently purchased a plasma tv. I thought the picture quality was good, but the glare was HORRIBLE.I exchanged it for an LCD. No glare, but everything looks like a video. When I watch movies on HBO, etc..........the picture seems so odd to me. It looks like a sitcom. Is this just a function of HDTV? Or is it the type of tv quality?Ideally I also want to play online on the TV. I've heard that LCD is better for that.Need some advice................

I had a problem with my computer. Norton fixed the problem. But now my screen looks like a Mac. Trying to figure out what they did.........Perhaps it's a different style that they selected. Or a newer program. Any idea on how to get back to the old style?Steve
