  2. Damn women, always be trappin'.
  3. I can't listen to that, so I tried this: You should try that too.
  4. Mine was basketball. Shake can have the soccer one.
  5. Ok, so I got one assist, Nick gets a hockey assist, Shake gets a TD and an assist, and Essay gets a base hit.
  6. How would you guys react if your girlfriend wanted to do a rape fantasy thing? That's not really a joke, sorry.
  7. Although now I want to know what Ron thinks I meant by calling him Sir Francis.
  8. You're probably right; I just think that's what the Lakers are thinking.
  9. Melo isn't the player for the post-Kobe era; he's another piece to get what you can out of the end of the Kobe era. Is NY really a contender, even in the East? They're not beating Miami, Chicago (with a healthy Rose), Indiana, or probably even Brooklyn now. It's not outrageous to think he might chase a ring with Kobe+. Depending on what kind of deal Kobe wants from the Lakers, they could bring in two max guys that off-season. Maybe Kobe/Melo isn't enough, but maybe Kobe/Melo/player 3 is.
  10. Bomani doesn't have a tough guy act. I don't think your theory is impossible. They are both very anti-marriage it seems.
  11. I think their plan is to get one or two big free agents next off-season with all their cap room. It might be harder to lure that type of player when you bottom out like you're suggesting. If they are close to making the playoffs, they can sell it as "Kobe missed a bunch of time and just adding you to the mix makes us title favorites." You aren't going to get guys chasing rings (like Melo or Love) by teaming up with a rookie, even one with the hype of Wiggins. If they knew they weren't bringing Kobe back in 2014, then they probably would just blow it up now.
  12. And in the hands of a lesser attorney, that'd be a problem.
  13. It's that double standard that Sir Francis likes to cape up for. That's one of my favorite takeaways from Bomani. The phrase "caping up."
  14. Nash to Dallas to team up with Dirk again, Pau to Cleveland. Varejao and Marion to the Lakers.
  15. I bet the Lakers would consider throwing Nash in the deal, but the Cavs don't really need another PG. Unless they want to send Kyrie back. I'd be ok with that.
  16. But really you only need like one or two pairs of jeans, right?
  17. They should trade Varejao and that Russian kid they picked in the first round to the Lakers for Pau. (As suggested by Simmons and approved by Zach Lowe.)
  18. This is an incredible line. I wouldn't say anything, but that's because I try to avoid any potential for confrontation. In real life anyway. Yeah, Napa's problem seems to be that he cares what certain people think about him. I think he's their highest paid "talent."
  19. I'm just saying your hosts are getting lazy and you need to slap them around a bit. Limitation is the mother of creativity. I forget how the phrase goes. Pop culture is too open. Speaking of tits, I guess that's why the bounce house? I've just never heard of that being a thing at non-kids parties.
  20. Shake is pretty popular on the internet, but I don't think he's part of pop culture yet.
