I had been playing very ABC, tight-aggressive for the vast majority of this tournament. I built up a good stack and was massive chip leader at my table for most of the levels leading up to the bubble. I was doing well, picking up pots and adding to my stack. My table eventually caught up to me in chips, but I remained in the top couple stacks at a pretty evenly distributed table. I was in late position with a 68s when this hand came up. I think I'm going to use my remaining money on Stars to satellite into the Sunday Million... either this week or next depending on what time my work Christmas party ends tomorrow. I realize that there's next to no way that will end profitably for me since I don't consider myself a good tourney player, but for the remote chance that I luckbox my way to a big cash I figure it's worth it since that money is just kind of sitting there as of right now.

Very nice- I just put in a quick 1/2 session just now at work .. +20 BB so I happily e-walked away.I used to think for some reason if you didn't play marathon sessions or at least ones of a few hours it somehow implied that you were a worse player. I do put in long sessions a lot of the time, but when I'm bored at work I'll play for 30-45 min, and quit. The 1/2 6max games on FT are pretty soft, so I usually quit ahead unless I hit a cold streak.

I'm in the process of trying to rebuild a bankroll to get back to playing where I was. I've actually been playing my cash games on FT lately since I put money on there and doing pretty well. I've been beating 1/2 6max consistantly so I'll probably be taking a shot at 2/4 if I build myself up another 100 or so.I still have a couple bucks on stars that I'll prob use to play SNGs and tourneys and such, but I missed FT as it was the first and main site I played on back in the dayIf anyone plays over there my SN is TheFranchiseRKO - just check the 1/2 6max tables you'll find me

The biggest thing I needed was patience, which probably came from me taking an extended break from the game.Regardless, the brush up didn't hurt after that long away from the table. I wound up paying for my travel expenses with the two sessions that I played, which was fine by me, as it left more money to spend drinking.I was going to be more of a dick in this post, since you came off as one in yours, but I don't really feel like it. I actually reread Jen's LHE chapter on the flight to Vegas after taking a long hiatus from poker. I had read it before and committed most of it to memory, however if any of you can relate I sometimes have a hard time making decisions I know I should make at the table.
