Ok, I've tried a few times to get a pic the size needed to be an avatar, but it always says it's too big, even when photoshop says it's small (and crappy looking)... anyone know a good way to get a pic the right size, and still look ok? Help me out here.

resize your picture in photoshop with pixels, not .... nevermind. photoshop just bit the dust. just play around with the resizing box
