seanthecon 0 Posted February 15, 2007 Share Posted February 15, 2007 so i am well aware of neteller, and me not getting my money from them.but i hear ppl saying theres no way for americans to deposit?what about epassporte? i have sucesfull deposited and withdrawn money from my bank account using them..is there something im missing??is this totally illegal for me as an american to be doing lol? or is it kinda like a legal loophole?
