odds of set over set

Hey ya'll.............I was wondering if you guys know (or know of a website that can has the info) the odds that a set over set (i.e. 55 vs 66 on a 65J board....yes, I had the 55, so shut up lol) occurs on the flop? I'd also like to know, out of curiosity, the odds of an Ace high nut flush getting beaten by a straight flush. Thanks

you have to be more specific.are you wondering the odds of a certain PP preflop flopping a set and someone else flopping an overset? that would be ridiculous to calculate.or the odds of, after you have flopped a set, for someone else to have one?and the straight flush question depends on the board.

1 outta every 5 hands has a set over set. s/wthis question is almost impossible to answer b/c you may throw ducks away in EP and a duece will flop.

Yeah, like if there are two players in the pot, and one has 55 and the other 66, what are the odds of both those players both hitting their sets on the flop (the hand in question that I had was a flop of 65J rainbow. If it is ridiculous to calculate, I'd understand. Just curious because it happened to me last night, and I ALMOST laid the hand down after getting re-raised (although I thought he might of had JJ for trip Js, but I eventually put him on 65 suited until I got the band news when I called).

Yeah, I was referencing to the Daniel N. hand during the Heads-Up poker tournament on NBC, when Jerry Buss pushed in with A 10 and Daniel had Q J and hit runner-runner 8 J on the turn and river (on a board of 10 9 5 ) to hit a straight flush. I just was curious to find out the odds, after all 5 cards are dealt, of two players hitting their straight and ace-high flush on the same hand.
