I received one reply back from Senator Mike Dewine who told me that this bill is not up for consideration at this time. I have also heard that it likely won't be heard as there are more pressing issues in the world than stopping online gaming including the ridiculous condition in the Middle East.My guess is this bill may never be considered by the Senate. It could have just been a tactic by Republicans to build their base for the 2006 elections. After all, all themm right wingers certainly know that Jesus hates gambling (esp. online gambling, except for horse races), loves guns, heals lepers, but hates gay people.
