Barbarian 0
Im not an expert, but yes. Short handed maybe get away with AAA2 or 3.
greatwhite 0
No. If it's a tight table I'm probablly raising, especially if it's a 2 or 3. If it's a tight table and no one has committed to the pot I'm raising with AAAA. I will also play AAA2 sutied and sometimes AAA3 suited. I don't recommend playing AAAA in your typical low limit game though.
Barbarian 0
are you raising only to steal in these situations??
Chamonyx 0
aaax an automatic fold?Depends:Limit: x<=5, raise. 5<x<9 open raise otherwise fold. x>8 normally fold unless can open on the button with a raise on a weak table.Pot-Limit: x<=6, c/rr or c/c in EP depending on the players, raise max in LP. x>7 limp in EP at passive table, raise max in MP or LP.Yes, Barb, I would prefer to take it down here, but if I do see a flop I want a limited number of opponenents, preferably acting before me. NicksDad1970 0
It was a 20+2 tourney. AAAJ.I REALLY enjoyed myself playing this. I've played PLO once or twice but never hi/lo. I didn't even realize what I signed up for until it was too late. I'm glad it was because I had a good time. Kinda funny, as soon as I saw what I did I Googled the game so I could read the rules.I finished one out of the money. I don't reccommend playing it along with a PLO, and a NLHE tourney. That was a lil harder than I bargained for.
