Against Someone Who's Scroll Button Broke...

So im ****ing around in a .10/.25NL table with some guy i know.There's someone else at the table who only uses the bet button. If he wants to raise, he'll only press the raise button so it raises the minimum amount.What this leads to is him betting the minimum every time he opens action.So how would YOU approach a guy like this? I think i figured out to handle him pretty well, but by the time i greased him up, he disappeared. He was sitting with nearly 400BB in front of him too. Says it's the most he's been up at a table online ever. :oHe was so pissed off at the end from my raises that he called some other guy's all in with A6 off for 100 blinds. I somehow was only about even against him. I couldnt have been missed more draws. I think there were 5 hands where i was SO close to stacking him - with a flush draw, while he predictably had an overpair. Or with an OESD while he had top two and was minbetting his way to glory.
