I'm curious if anyone else is taking advantage of this. So far this month i've compiled about 14k fpp but i'm gonna end up coming about 1500 vpp short of platinum. I didnt play during the first week of feb and its a short month so i'm hoping I can go platinum next month.I was able to participate in the 100k freeroll which didnt go that well but still pretty sweet dealJust wondering if anyones racking up some decent points and if so what people plan on using them on. Once i get to 16k sometime this week I plan on getting a nano as i'm just about the only person on the planet that doesnt own an ipod.

Nano is Spanish for dwarf, I think. Does that mean you can get a dwarf love slave for your points? If so, that's better than a freeroll, even if you only have a nano to make you drinks and food. And stuff...

If you've gotten 14k vpps this month, then you should have reached platinum status 4k ago. All you need is 10k in one month, then to maintain that from that point on.I've got platinum status, and I'll probably use my points to buy into a WSOP event or two. as well as ME satellites on Stars.Ha, don't feel bad...I don't have an ipod either.

thats ridiculous guys. i put in about 20 hours/week online single tabling 1/2 and i htink i earned 1100 points this month.. you guys must multiltable at 4/8 and above? oh well, got myself a shirt and mug!i didnt play on stars until about feb 10th so i think that ill get silverstar next month..

I've gained about 13700 fpp this month. But some of those are due to the goldstar and silverstar fpp bonuses. So i've only gained like 8500 VPP

I started on like feb 8th. And yea over the last 2 weeks I have 3-4 tabled 2/4 or higher which is good for 300-500 vpp per day.

I noticed last night that I was 100 points shy of Silverstar as I haven't been playing very big there lately and mostly PLO which isn't great for the FPP earn rate so I jumped into 3 tables of 2-4LH and had that last hundred FPP's right quick. Not sure if it is worth bothering but I like the 150% FPP rate I'll get which means Gold won't be a problem this month if I play mostly on stars. It would be nice to get to where I could buy-in to a couple of WSOP prelim events with points.

Well, no I don't usually multi-table cash games. I get a lot of points for the $210+15 turbo sngs, a good deal of points from MTTs (since I normally only play the 100 and 150), and then I've been playing a fair amount of 5/10 NL. Since the pot size's can get so big there, you can generate a lot of vpps.

yeah that makes sense. playing 1/2 on averge id say 2/5 pots gets me 1 vpp.. so thats about 30/hr

PS full ring games suck bigtime. Total rock garden. Stick to party for full ring. I play 2/4 6 max on PS as I feel the 6 max on stars is as weak if not weaker then PP and I like stars better.

The FPP bonuses you get dont go towards your next VIP level. For instance I have earned 13700 FPP but only 8200 VPP towards my VIP level.
