snowmannn 0
Hi,I mostly play 6 handed tables and am wondering what people think is a good enough bankroll for playing shorthanded. It would make sense that you'd need more than the standard 300BB + because the frequency of blinds and you'd be more likely to play marginal hands. Thoughts? Thanks in advance. jogsxyz 0
Proper size bankroll is based on your win rate and s.d. in bb/100. How much larger is your s.d. in 6-max than 10-handed? Use that ratio times 300 for bankroll size.
jayboogie 0
I'd recommend 500 big bets, I've been stuck huge playing shorthanded. 150 BB's for a session is not out of the realm of possibilities when it comes to shorthanded. The bigger your roll is the better for shorthanded games. If you play shorthanded games on the regular, look into propping, this will really help out your bankroll.
Jordan 1
I want to get 500-600 bb for my move up to 5/10 SH.I still think I suck sometimes at poker when I have one of those sessions jay is talking about, but I guess it's what you can get playing short handed.Getting rake back helps some too. I'd like to look into propping.- Jordan
