what is the best way to keep your bankroll thriving and healthy while at the same time cashing out for a nice income?I've thought about this and considered 20% profit a week.What are some good principles and ideas to cash out to support yourself and keep your bankroll growing and thriving?

A good strategy by Jennifear posted on pocketfives:http://www.pocketfives.com/jennifear/bankr...players-3682554For cash, I'd say a good strategy would be to first determine your long term winrate, through a good sample, say 50k hands, and when you know your winrate, start removing a small portion on a regular basis based on expected winnings. IE) if you win at 3 bb per 100 hands, and decided to take out 1 bb per 100 hands. You can say that okay, I played 5,000 hands this week, so I can take out 50 bb, if it's at least the minimum cashout.

however you want to do it, just be careful to assume you make less then you think you do. and you can never have enough saved up.
