Pokerstars Support Question

There was a problem with my cashout request , as I didn't get my money in the 15 business days as the site said. Anyways, I was wondering a few things, since it was the first time I ever cashed out. I emailed them, and I'm a bit overanxious and wonder how long it takes for this kind of stuff gets resolved and how it gets resolved (like, is there a good possibility that I don't ever see my money again?)I'm probably just freaking out right now and there's not much to be done until I get an email reply back, but I'd like to be informed on this "situation".

This sounds correct. Stars support is top notch, I'm sure by the time you read a few threads and make a protein shake you'll have a reply from stars.

Stars is totally professional and whatever the situation is you'll be treated fairly.Since it's now the weekend and it sounds like you requested a check they may not be able to deal with everything for you because the company who processes the check probably won't be available on the weekend.Just try and be patient as your money is safe.
