PF is fine, flop is fine, but once your flop bet gets called, i'd bet 1k on the turn to charge draws because there are a few out there and it is likely he has one, as well as betting more gets more value against kings/whatever and makes it easier to get all the money in on the river.

like pf and the flop...bet a little more on the turn; you have to really protect on this draw-heavy board, or at least charge him substantially to chase. I'd bet just about the size of the pot on the turn... and call the river... if he has you beat that's a big time cooler; you have to call the river for sure.
