A serial killer kills his victims slowly by streaming their death live over the internet. The victims death is quickened by the number of viewers that log onto the website. I saw the previews a while ago before "the mist". I love movies that have to do with computer type crimes and this one looks to be great since he is using computers to kill people instead of just stealing money and whatnot.
