pokerbowler 0
Greetings one and all. Long time lurker, first time poster. I have now 'offically' saved up a $1300 bankroll to begin seriously playing 2/4 limit at the Potowatami Casino here in Milwaukee. I've actually been playing on and off for a couple years with about a 50/50 win loss ratio. I've read the 'bible books'--SSHE, WSSHE, TOP, Mike Caro's Tells book and a few others. But now I'm ready to make a run and see exactly what I can do. Following the advice in the books, proper money management, keeping records of my sessions, and with some advice from my fellow posters, I hope to run my bankroll up, and steadily progress up in limits. The only setback is: due to other commitments, I can only play one day a week (Saturdays), which will make my progress infuriatingly slow, but patience is required any time you play anyways, right? So I shall post some hands that I have questions with for analysis, and look for advice, and maybe you guys can make me a better player along the way! I look forward to hearing from you in the future. Wish me luck....
Zach6668 513
Welcome.Post all the hands you want, I'm usually pretty bored and looking for some LHE hands to comment on. :DAlso, good luck beating 2/4 in a casino. The rake (plus tips, jackpot drops, etc) is retarded for 2/4.Hopefully the play will be bad enough to overcome it, but I'd be suprised it 2/4 was beatable for more than minimum wage, playing live.Good luck though Sounds like you've got the right idea, anyways, doing it the right way. wsox8 10
Good luck. I'll probably be at Potowatami a few times in the next few months because I'm going to be at school in Wisconsin. Feel free to post hands because not a whole lot gets posted (abundance of NL players). Welcome!
SCS 0
Have you considered depositing online?More games, more hands per hour, multitabling, bonuses and rakeback = $$$$$Assuming you are a winning player of course.
