I guess playing the hand back in my mind I was more scared of the action preflop than the board, but I was blaming it on the board being "scary" as an excuse to play passive and try to see a show down as cheaply as possible instead of getting in extra bets I didn't have too when I am more than likely behind on this hand.But raising this flop for value because I will be ahead some times and raising to see where every one else is at isn't a bad idea.

I just realized my BR is at $611.... :? I'm afraid to move up to be honest. Last time I moved up I had a 100BB downswing. I kept getting huge hands and getting huge sucks out so I dropped back down and worked it back up again.
