  1. which proves the point, why issue or accept a challenge, when you haven't read the source of it?Honestly, a friend told me that someone will give me 20:1 odds on the patriots winning the superbowl in feb '05I plan on calling them out on rgp (SW)

  2. Craptastic tourneyTake origonal steps for exampleStep 1 has a $110 prize pool, $10 of that is rake for the next stepStep 2 has a $500 pool, $36 of that is rake for the next step/retryStep 3 $2,000 pool, $166 rakeStep 4 has $312 in rakeBasically if you like a ton of rake taken out of the "prize pool" then steps are right for you.

  3. Definate foldYou hit an A, you have a crap kicker, you hit an 8, and more than likely you have middle pair. The only salvation is if you flop a set or 2pr.Its a crap hand no matter how ya look at it.

  4. I have a question. What do Canadians care if guns are legal in the US?
I'm afraid an american will break into my house... man, I gotta get a gun, I'm in danger, red alert on CNN, a 747 is about to hit my house, I need to protect myself...But I don't blame the Americans, I blame their government, the illusion of fear is powerful.
thats how bush won the election. " uh oh, the terror alert is at yellow, better re-elect me cause i have no problem pushing the button"
If you want to blame Bush winning, blame the Democrats, it their own friggin fault for choosing Kerry. Although it was a tactical decision, since I'm guessing they are grooming the whore hilary to run in '08. If they won in '04 it would put her in '12 which would be too far down the road.
  5. oh well, honestly I could care less, if a few insurgents get humiliated, its not like our soldiers are taking non combatants and putting them on tv and chopping their heads off.Throughout this conflict we have tried and sometimes failed to treat animals like humans, sometimes we need to treat them as what they are, rabid animals that just need to be put down, they are sick in the head. The above statement was directed at the terrorists/insurgents, and in no way is how I feel about middle easterners as a whole

  6. ya we created the mass graves and torture sites Saddam used
naw you just use prisons in the middle east for torture.
Most ignorant statement ever, as well as something like "all muslins are terrorists" Way to go donkeyAnd those people have been punished.
  7. The difference is, there's always a vested interest, other than the so called "American Security" for your country to loan money or invade another country, namely oil.
Ok, keep thinking that. When natural disaster hit, famin, disease the world looks one place and one place only for aide and money....the US. Even when we do, we get slammed for not doing more. We can't win, we develop the technology and you guys ride on our coat tails using it as your own and then you tell us we are the bad guys. You are protected by us and again you won't even lend a hand in redeveloping a country ravaged by a rutheless dictator for years. Really, burry you head in the sand further, you have so many reasons to thank the United States yet all you do is whine how you are so much better but if we didn't give you half of what you've got.....you'd be just another 3rd world nation.
Why did the US go to war with Irak and Afganistan? Apparently, to protect their citizens opressed by terrorist dictators. So, why did the US stay home in 1994 during the Rwanda genocide, weren't millions of citizens worth protecting? You think more Afghans and Iraquies were killed under Ben Laden's and Hussein's regim? Not even close! But these people were worth being protected by the holly American Army. Coincidently (sorry for the spelling) there's no oil in Rwanda, hmmmm, bizarre....Give me a break! There's gotta be something more behind it, don't you think?
We had just Dealt with the somalia genocide which Clinton handled like crap, and he wasn't about to go get his a$$ handed to him yet again, great leader that guy was
  8. To achieve anything productive you have to take some risk. sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I'd rather take the risk and face the outcomes, versus sitting with my thumb up my ass.I guess being proactive isn't in the nature of canadians

  9. i'd just rather not have the need to bomb the crap out of everyone. and you know what? if you weren't there to "protect us"' date=' i think we'd still be okay. [/quote']Thats what not taking risk and not doing anythnig for the rest of the world gets ya...see the head buried in sand comment
  10. look at these pages and tell me guns are good."More children and teens died fromgunfire than from cancer, pneumonia, and influenza combined."
    Guns are good.
Our drug companies Rock as well
  11. Canada Population in 2004Population: 32,507,874 Texas Population in 200422,490,022Your whole damn nation has only 10,000,000 more people than Texas, so I'm sorry if your numbers of gun related crimes mean 2 things to me, jack and censored
    Statistics are computed proportionnally jackass
I was refering to this quote
i'm in calgary too, but the difference is that not all of our homicides are gun-related. in 2002 for the entire year there were 15 total, and there was a TOTAL of 98 hand-gun related homicides and 149 total firearm homicides IN ALL OF CANADA. and the fact that when there is even a single gun related homicide, the entire city knows about it and it is talked about for days. people in the states don't even hear about half of their gun homicides. now tell me the gun laws we have here aren't more effective, that in a nation of hunters it isn't the people who die.
okay and then how many gun-related deaths in texas in 2004? well, i can tell you in 2002 there were 222.........for children under 19 years old ( http://www.kidsandguns.org/study/states_de...eaths.asp?Texas )http://www.childrensdefense.org/education/...report_2004.pdflook at these pages and tell me guns are good."More children and teens died fromgunfire than from cancer, pneumonia, and influenza combined."
72 of which were from suicide which would happen one way or another, razor blade or whatnot.Leaving 147 which would be accidental or homocide. As stated earlier some crimes would be criminals killing criminals. Only having 7 accidental deaths in a state which has conceal/carry laws and a state which a majority of the population is pro gun, not bad at all

  14. Damn Mexico north, Seriously, how smart can you people be, living in a climate where the avg temp is well below 55 degrees the entire year? The hell with that, 4/29 at 1:50 pm CST and its a nice 91 and sunny.

  15. Here where we have conceal and carry laws, although we don't have cardrooms, it would be illegal to have one there, same as its illegal to carry one into a bar or sporting event

  16. It all boils down to the government overstepping its bounds.IMHO The federal gov't should be in charge of national defense, and protecting our borders...thats friggin it.Leave all other issues such as retirement plans, gun control, abortion, ect. Where they rightly belong, the STATES.
