  1. With Al MacInnis' future still up in the air that only leaves Barret Jackman and Eric Weinrich as viable players at the D position.
And Eric Brewer. If you don't know much about him, trust me, he is a good player. He made Canada's Olympic and World Cup teams. That playoff series between the Canucks and Blues in 02-03 was awesome. We seemed like we had just developed a nice rivalry, then the lockout happened  . Hopefully the passion is still there.
Well you can have Brewer if you don't mind sending Naslund our way. :-)
  2. St. Louis BluesLarry Pleau better get his butt in gear after giving Pronger to Edmonton. I saw that Demitra signed a FA contract with Los Angeles. The Kings get one hell of a regular season player, but Demitra has ALWAYS been a no show come playoff time, so I'm not completely upset that the Blues didn't re-sign him. With Al MacInnis' future still up in the air that only leaves Barret Jackman and Eric Weinrich as viable players at the D position. Pleau needs to get some scoring help for Weight and Tkachuk (assuming they don't trade him also).

  3. Full Tilt Poker has many things to look at, as well as, 3D avatars. Each avatar has 4 dsitinct emotions that you can change at anytime...including mid-game. On top of that there is some good poker being played on that site, because numerous professionals play on that site.To name a few pros that call Full Tilt Home:- Phil Ivey- Jennifer Harman- Eric Seidel- Howard Lederer- Erick Lindegren

  4. Does anyone know of a good place in St. Louis to play?
There are a few places to play poker in St. Louis. You can find poker rooms in the President's Casino in downtown St. Louis, which is a few blocks north of the Arch on Laclede's Landing. You can also try the Casino Queen in East St. Louis, IL or Harrah's in Maryland Heights, MO. The Harrah's is right off the Earth City Expressway south of Interstate 70.I hope this helps.

  6. That's the good thing about the midwest, law-abiding citizens can carry guns, so when they catch someone doing something like this, they can do something about it. If you would confront someone like this, you stand to get your head bashed in, that is until you show them the barrell of a Glock 23 .40 caliber. That tends to make the would-be thieves pack it up and call it a night. I speak from experience. Not glorifiing guns or anything, it's just nice to be able to stop this kind of crap without the fear of getting beat down by a crack head.
Not the entire midwest, your neighbor to the west, Illinois, doesn't have a conceal and carry law, and I hope we never get one because I will leave the state. I have no problem with people having guns for hunting purposes, but you will never convince me that the way to get guns out of the hands of criminals is to put more guns on the street.
  7. I'm not trying to rip anyone off, I'm willing to transfer first.  The issue is that i got a new debit card and the bank now declines gaming transactions.  I attempted to get a net teller account but my account was closed right after I opened it and i had to call support and the guy told me my ssn didnt register.  You MUST put in your ssn to have a net teller account.
I never had to put in my SSN with Neteller. Besides you should NEVER give your SSN over the internet...that's just asking for trouble.
  8. One of my favs happened just this afternoon in a sit-n-go tourney online. The blinds were 15/30, I was on the SB and the other guy (idiot from here on in) was on the big blind. The hand went down like this:Me: 9 :D-10 :club:Idiot: 3 :club:-7 :diamond:Everyone folded around to me. I bet 100 and Idiot calls.Flop: 6 :D-K :D-Q :diamond:I'm thinking...ok...got a gutshot straight draw here. I check then he checks behind me.Turn: 2 :club:I bet 100 and he callsRiver: A :heart:I fired out 200 to try to steal the pot, he thinks a little bit and then calls. We turn the cards over, I win because I have top card (my 10 beats his 7), he then proceeds to go off on me claiming that I made a "stupid move trying to pick up the jack". The ironic thing is here is that he was doing the exact same thing trying to get that fifth diamond, but I guess that thought never crossed his mind. He goes on his temper tantrum on how I got lucky, blah, blah, blah, and left a few choice words for me. He then tells me that he "guarantees" that he will outlast me and that he and his buddy will be the last two left. Five hands later he is gone, and then proceeds to throw another temper tantrum saying how I got lucky and leaves me with a few more choice words. This guy honestly thought that I screwed him out of the pot, and that I'm nothing but a noob because the hand didn't go his way. I got a great laugh out of the whole ordeal, because I didn't think that someone could be that dillusional...I guess I was wrong.
