  7. If I hit 2P or a set.. I'm calling (perhaps raising even) almost anything other than a large overbet. We wouldn't have known he would have shoved if we had raised on the turn, so his hand value wouldn't have nearly as much perceived strength in that situation as it does now. (I think that made sense)
  8. Ugh. I was honestly going to put the "its late so excuse me if the math is wrong" line at the end, and then left it out. I stand corrected. I guess I call assuming hes loose. Its really dependent on whether or not I percieve his postflop play to be loose or not.
  9. I think I fold. 45 to win ~80 is about 1.8 to 1. If he's got a pair of queens.. you've got 18 outs. Thats about 2.5 to 1. And thats assuming he doesn't have a set or 2P.And yeah, I call behind on the turn. If I hit the flush great, if I don't I'm folding to any reasonably sized river bet.
  10. I really don't think you can fold here, since it could be A8 or air rather than a set or AA/KK. I probably reraise to ~ 50 and hate it if he doesn't fold. If he pushes, I probably fold.. If he calls, I have no clue. Probably shove the turn unless its an ace. Then I don't know what I do.
  11. I call expecting a higher two pair or something. Its an instacall if hes capable of bluffing, and a reluctant call if he's tight. Too much already in the pot to fold here.
  12. I'd probably hold my breath and call expecting the Ah but I think it could easily be the Jh as well. At 3.5 to 1, you have to call.
  13. I can't really see a rivered flush here, because there really isn't any 2 hearts he would of called a PF raise, and a flop bet with (The best he has in either case is J-high).I think the only reasonable hands that beat you are a slowplayed set, or maybe AK. That being said, your getting 3:1 and I think he most likely turns over something like AQ-AT then anything. I call.

  16. In this situation, I'd probably only call if I thought I was up against a better player (and most of the time I don't think anyone's willing to concede that). It's hard to fold QT here, since I believe his range is wide enough to include a variety of draws. If I really can't narrow his range, it becomes dependent on whether or not I want to actually play this thing out instead of taking a theoretical coin flip (draws which I'm a favourite against, TP(weaker kicker) versus TPTK, 2P, set, etc.) .

  21. I thought I pretty much announced my hand with that raise. Was praying for a call. Got lucky, he could have easily had A10, low pockets the way he was playing.
