    Honestly I don't understand all the shouting in the thread though, it's wasted. Royal is very stubborn in his approach to poker and IMO it's not likely he is going to say "Wow, I was wrong, great point Acid." And anyone that is reading it can see that what he's saying doesn't make sense.No need to fight about it. One thing that is very impressive to me is that he has found a game that he can be quite profitable in and he takes advantage of that. That's good for him and kind of a good reason to play - to make money.I know we have both stated (this is directed at Acid Knight)we play for the challenge and competition, it doesn't seem to be the case with him. He plays to find easy games and make money, which is a great goal (and probably the correct goal) to have.What does bother me is that because of this success against very poor players he has a false sense of ability. I guess it's kind of natural though when you've had a lot of success against the players you face day in and day out.
    Biggg burnnn. Also, making money is the reason most regular solid players play. I love the game and all but honestly I wouldn't be playing as much as I do if it was all for play money, and I'd rather sit at a table of donks then regs.     haha, i think everyone from fcp i've played has beaten me except nakedcowboy, cuz he is unlucky. i usually start shoving like anything and everything post flop for the hell of it. but if u wanted to paly for real i'd be down.- Jordan
    I tried playing you once but you sat out cause you we're waiting for some fish to come back or something. You'd probably smoke me, my HU game is so rusty/weak right now. I've only played like 4 or 5 heads up sessions all month.

    Not going for CRAI unless I'm positive villains will semi bluff their draws in a 3 way raised pot when checked to. A lot of people will check to take a free card with a straight or flush draw when the pot is multiway. Just bet it out. Bet like 2/3 or half pot to induce a shove. If either has a hand like a gutshot they probably won't bet it out so your basically giving them free cards to pull ahead of you since they're not going to invest any money unless they hit anyways.

    Not liking passiveness here.I am reraising that flop when CO calls. I also like donking turn because now we're stuck with UTG still to act who may have a good hand. I'm not that concerned with CO cause he's 55/0 and these players do real stupid things.River is check/fold.What's the "18" represent as 4th stat on PT stats?

    Having lived with someone as delusional and crazy as the people in this story I would say at first its a fantasy to get out of "your" mundane life. Then once they find someone that is just as batshit crazy or someone that is super naive they start talking on phone, etc. Then they come out and are like I'm not 22/hot/rich, I'm actually 52/fat/poor, to which the reply comes "it's okay, I love you." Meaning: So am I.Then they run away one of them uses the other for money/sex or whatever their goal was then the other comes running back to their old life hoping family doesn't judge them.So basically they make shit up so that they can get someone to initially talk to them, then they come clean, then they meet, then they are absolutely crazy it doesn't work and they try to crawl back to former life.
    Hmm sounds like you might know a little TOO much about this.....

    I can't believe that overbet worked.
    I was torn between overbet or min reraise to induce push but I figured min reraise could let him get away if he did in fact have overpair. Obv strange bet sizes FTW. Ship it.
